Ribbon mixer blender. Previously used in a processed cheese factory as a pre-mixer. Maximum volume of the batch: ± 1.000 liter. Effective volume: ± 750 kg. Inside dimensions: ± 140 x 120 x 70 cm. Complete stainless steel. Closed cover on top of the ribbon blender, opening by pneumatic cylinders. CIP cleaning nozzles in the cover. Each ribbon driven by its own motor, (4,4 /5,5 kW – 400 V - 1420 / 39 / 2860 / 78 rpm – 1090 / 675 Nm). Stainless steel control panel with Siemens S5 controls with Lauer Operation panel.
