Description
Fully mechanical overhauled skimmer / cream separator for milk. Self cleaning. Designed for continuous operation and CIP. Separator comes with a frame with hood, bowl, motor (25 kW) and motor cover.
Separator has been be fully stripped down. All steel parts are sandblasted and repainted. All stainless steel parts are cleaned/polished. All gaskets and bearings are renewed with original Alfa Laval service kit parts. Axles and tooth wheels are checked and if needed replaced. Bowl is checked and not needed to balance because it was within the limits on vibration level. Motor is reconditioned.
Test run and balance check done at the test station. Video for proof can be sent on request.
