Description
Ribbon mixer blender, mounted on a stainless steel mobile frame with 4x wheels. Previously used in the Marzipan production as a pre-mixer, before the product went into a Stephan Combicut RA/HC 600 machine. Machine was delivered in a complete Stephan project in 1989. Maximum volume of the batch: 1.000 liter. Effective volume: ± 600 kg. Complete stainless steel. Protection guard on top of the ribbon blender. 1 opening on the front and 1 on the back. Motor: 2,2 kW - 380 V - 50 Hz - n1: 1400 rpm - i 93,31 - n2 (speed of the ribbon blender): 15 rpm. 2x Sensors to see the level inside the blender. Small control panel.
