Reconditioned Foil wrapping machine for Butter - Trepko XPG-40 for 100 gram, 100 x 35 x ± 30 mm (sticks)

Fully reconditioned foil wrapping machine which can be used for packing products butter into aluminium foil. This machine is general overhauled and in a as good as new condition with new controls with frequency converter (reconditioned in 2024). Format: 100 gram, 100 x 35 x ± 30 mm, bottom folding. The butter is feed with a aluminium through with aluminium augers. Aluminium dosing station. The machine is equiped with a servo system on the paper infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil / cutting length. If there is no foil in the cell, the machine will stop. The speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter between 40 - 80 packages per minute (depending on product, product viscosity and quality packaging material). Outfeed conveyor. Including rotation system of the butter pack on the outfeed of the machine, 90° in horizontal axle and 90° vertical axle, so to the side, which means the folded part is to the front on the conveyor.
