Closed stainless steel butter silo. Single jacketed. Vacuum on the silo is possible (manometer 0 / - 1,0 Bar). The horizontal buffer silo is equipped with 2 augers (driven by 1 main motor of +/- 3 kW - 380 V - 50 Hz - 1.420 rpm - n2: 14 rpm, no nametag on motor, only on drivework). Total capacity: 3.000 kg. Manhole, round, on one side and a sight glass on the same side. 1x infeed possibilities for direct connection of the outfeed pipe from a Continuous Butter Machine (CBM) on the back side and one on the side of the QHK butter silo (DN100). CIP cleanable with spraybowl in the top. Outfeed plate with 1x rectangular flange and 1x round DN100 flange on the outfeed of the silo. Excluding control panel or outfeed butterpumps.
