Universal Machine Stephan Combicut TC/SK 850

Stephan Universal Machine for the production of processed cheese, cream cheese, convenience products, vegan spreads and confectionery. Previously used in cream cheese production. Machine frame, bowl with top infeed valve, bottom outfeed slide, lid and side covers are all made of stainless steel. The bowl is equiped with a double jacket for heating / cooling on the jacket, 7x direct steam injection nozzles for direct injection of (culinair) steam inside the product, temperature sensor inside the product, 4x twin cutting blades, max working pressure in the bowl 2 bar (protected with overpressure valve), max temperature in the bowl 134 °C, bowl volume: 850 liter, effective batch size: 560 liter, vacuum connection on top of the bowl with pneumatic valve, infeed hole with valve on the top for main product and at the bottom a hydraulic slide gate discharge for outfeed of the ready product (hydraulic controlled), 2x connections for pneumatic controlled ingredient valves on one side of the bowl (including 2x pneumatic valves), 1x connection for pneumatic controlled ingredient valve on the other side of the bowl. Double jacketed lid / door with scraper of the wall (electric driven, motor 11 kW, speed agitator 25 rpm), 4x manual tightening clamps and 1 sample valve. Main 1-speed motor for the 4x cutting knifes: 400 Volt - 50 Hz - 70 kW - 1.490 rpm - 145 A with special bearings for running the motor on a frequency converter. 6x Legs.
