Description

Koch Membrane Systems (GEA Tuchenhagen computer designed) Ultra Filtration (UF) plant for continuous circulation / concentration / filtration and the production of double cream cheese (philadelphia style). Once the plant is running continuously with ratio control, no manual interventions are generally necessary for the production of the UF concentrate. However, for optimal production of consistent quality, strict adherence to various prerequisites is necessary, e.g. regarding cleaning. Line still located at its original position in the dairy in Austria.


The Ultra Filtration line exist out:


  • Level tank, 750 liter.
  • Product feed pump (P1), Tuchenhagen VPB 32 L, 5.000 ltr/h, 39 mWs, motor 3 kW - 2.900 rpm - 380 V - 50 Hz.
  • Permeate pump (P2), Tuchenhagen VPB 32 L, 5.000 ltr/h, 35 mWs, motor 3 kW - 2.900 rpm - 380 V - 50 Hz.
