Description
Complete 2-Lane CIP Unit with 3 tanks, previously used in a cheese factory. The CIP Unit has 2 outgoing lines which runs independent from each other. The CIP water is heated by a tubular heatexchanger in the outgoing line on its way to the cleaning object. The 3x tanks are common for both outgoing lines. The CIP washing station was operated till the end of 2022.
The complete CIP unit exist out of:
- 2x Stainless steel frames; 1 Frame with the the 3x tanks and 1x frame with the accesories.
- Well water tank, manufacturer: Obram, type: 30SM077M03, serial number: 206/08, year: 2008, volume: 3.000 liter, working pressure in the tank: ATM, vertical, single jacketed, 4 legs, manhole on top, dimenions Ø1,74 x 2,55 meter.
