Description

This Karl Schnell creaming tank is a part of a production line for processed cheese spreads. During the heating process the product has become very thin and this tank serves for controlled viscosity increase, in order to achieve optimum spreading characteristics. Stainless steel execution. Double jacketed. Total volume: 785 liter, effective volume: 650 liter. Inlet height: 2.200 mm. The specially designed, frequency-controlled, Teflon-coated scraper agitator that goes along the wall, gives the cheese the ideal spreadable consistency, motor: 2,2 kW - n1 1.410 - n2: 9,9 / 49 rpm. Manhole on top. CIP spraybowls. Conical bottom with pressure transmitter and outfeed (DN65) in the center. Outlet height: 450 mm. 3 legs with feet. Control panel. Manuals available.
