Description
Indirect UHT plant previously used for the production of UHT milk (H-Milch, 1,5 % and 3,5% fat). Skid mounted unit existing out of: Tubular Heat Exchanger (GEA Finnah, shell: 23 bar / 150 °C / 9 x 26,7 + 4 x 18,3 + 2 x 13,0 liter volume, medium water and tubes: 50 bar / 150 °C, 36 x 6,5 + 16 x 4,1 + 8 x 3,2 liter volume) with regenerative exchange circuit, leveltank, pumps (Fristam CF 050-200A, 13,5 m3/h, 5,5 kW + Grundfos CRN 16-160F, 13,2 m3/h, 15 kW + Grundfos CRN 16-100A-F-G-OUUW, 16 m3/h, 11 kW), flowmeter (Krohne H 250), valves for product and utilities, interconnecting piping, 2x holdings tubes (120 seconds and 1 second), high pressure homogeniser (APV Schröder Gaulin, type 3434 MC 45-3TPS, serienr 87L32915, year 1987, capacity 13.000 liter per hour, pressure up to max 220 bar, frequency converter Danfoss, 110 kW, in separatre panel) and the control panel with Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens Simatic OP37 operation panel. Temperature program: 18° C (in) - (regeneration) - (homogenizer) - (indirect heating) - (holding 120 sec) - 140 /148 °C (indirect heating) - (holding 1 sec) - (regeneration) - 25 °C (out). Capacity of the unit: 13.000 liter per hour. Consumptions: steam 400 - 800 kg/h at min 6 bar and max 10 bar - hotwater 15 m3/h - process water (max 12 °C) ± 3,0 - 6,0 m3/h at min 2 bar and max 4 bar - cooling water (max 12 °C) ± 5,0 m3/h at min 2 bar and max 4 bar - ice water (max 1 °) at min 2 bar and max 4 bar - compressed air 4,0 Nm3/h at min 6 bar and max 8 bar. Electrical power without homogeniser: 35 kW. Manuals and P&ID available in German language. Total ground surface of the UHT itself, excluding holding and homogeniser: ± 650 x 420 x 320 cm.
Additional features:
- The big touchscreen operation panel on the right side in the control panel will be removed. This panel was used to communicate / control with the lines before and after the UHT. It is not needed to run this UHT line independent.
