Description
Closed stainless steel butter silo. The horizontal buffer silo is equipped with 2 augers (driven by 1 main motor of 5,5 kW - 415 V - 1.466 rpm - ratio 306,86 - n2: 4,77 rpm). Total volume: ± 5.000 liter. Manhole 2x on the left side and 1x on the right side. Infeed on the top for direct connection of the outfeed pipe from a Continuous Butter Machine (CBM). CIP cleanable with spraybowls. Outfeed plate with product connection on the outfeed of the silo for connection of the outfeed butter pump.
