Used IMA P10K Automatic Butter Roll – Round – Log – portion wrapping machine in aluminium foil / parchment paper.

The machine is included with the following pack format sets:

• Logs (or) Rolls (or) Round (or) Cylinder – ± 43 mm x 110 mm = 125 gram (complete)
• Logs (or) Rolls (or) Round (or) Cylinder – ± 48 mm x 160 mm = 250 gram (complete including extra mouldset of ± 45 mm to reach ± 230 gram).
• Rectangular Blocks (or) Portions – 100 mm x 75 mm x 35 mm = 250 gram (filling nozzle and 1x guide for the bricks when they are upside down are missing).
• Rectangular Blocks (or) Portions – 160 mm x 105 mm x 65 mm = 1.000 gram (Guiding plate upside down, side guides and support level missing).

Product is fed through the hopper which includes a butter screw feeder.

Maximum Speed: up to 60 packs per minute (Varies depending on the portion size)

Products that can be packed: Butter (plain or salted or garlic or herb butter) – Margarine – Fat.

Control panel with frequency converter for speed control.
