Description
Serviced Continuous Butter Making Machine - CBM with a new control panel with simple controls. Output of 800 kg butter per hour sweet butter and 600 kg butter per hour cultured butter. Input of ± 1.600 liter of cultured or / and sweet cream per hour (35/42% fat, pH of ± 4,8 and infeed temperature ± 8 - 13 °C). Complete electric driven. Churning motor: 15 kW. Screw conveyor (kneading) motor: 5 kW. Vacuum pump: 1,5 kW. New control panel with simple controls with cream inlet temperature indictator, wash water inlet temperature indicator, output temperature indicator, emergency stop, main switch and all on/off buttons for the pumps.
