Description
APV Crepaco Liquiverter / liquifier for dissolving and dispersing any dairy and food product. This unit is designed to mix, disperse, dissolve, suspend or hydrate solids and liquids or oils and fats with liquids. Volume of the tank: ± 750 liter. Motor (18,5 kW - 1.470 rpm) with motorcover on the top with direct connected 1:1 right-angle drive for controlling the high speed impellor in the bottom, which is creating a strong Vortex which reduces cycle times to a matter of minutes. Stainless steel construction with 4x legs. Round manhole on the top. 2x spray balls for CIP cleaning. Oufeed on the side with a manual butterfly valve. Inside dimensions: 95 x 95 x 80 cm. Stainless steel control panel with start/stop button and a Solcon RVS-AX reduced voltage starter.
