Description
Quark separator. Equipped for CIP cleaning. Machine comes with the bowl, motor (30 kW) and some service tools for maintenance (not all available). Input flow rate for skim milk between 4.300 and 5.700 liter per hour. Output of low fat quark between 900 and 1.200 kg/h (depending on the used nozzles inside the machine).
