Description
On behalf of our client, we are selling this coffee roll grinder because of changing the production strategy. After the roasting process the beans are ground. This critical process must be as homogeneous and gentle as possible. The best flavor can only be achieved later if the best beans are combined with perfect roasting and the right grinding process. The grain size and density determine how the coffee reacts during brewing. This compactly designed Probat is a three-stage grinder (pre-crusher / fine grinder / superfine grinder), configured to grind beans gradually. The roller mills has a lenght of 300 mm. Magnetic separator to collect the magnetic parts before it enters the grinding rolls. All 3x rolls have a fixed speed ratio of the rolls, so both rolls run the same speed (speed itself can be controlled with frequency converters). Roll gap adjustment. Cooling inside the rolls. Densifying of the coffee with density control. Capacity between 30 and 850 kg/h depending on grinding performance, sieve residu, roasted coffee quality, origin, blend, bean size, impurities, etc. Suction device. Motors: pre-crusher 5,5 kW, fine grinder 7,5 kW, superfine grinder 11 kW and distribution: 0,37 kW. Control panel with Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens Simatic Multi Panel. Total dimensions: 245 x 100 x 275 cm. Weight: 2.800 kg. Still mounted inside the factory on its original postion till week 27-2025. Afterwards it will be dismantled.
