It is primarily used to reduce curd or other soft solids to a uniform particle size, facilitating downstream operations such as washing, drying, whey separation, and preparation for cheese or casein production. The machine is constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel and features robust bearing housings and mechanical seals suitable for continuous industrial operation. Particle size can be accurately controlled through interchangeable and adjustable mincing plates.
