Aseptic cup filling, sealing and snap cap machine - Waldner Dosomat 16.6AS

Waldner Dosomat 16, rotary, 6-head filling machine for aseptic filling of cups. Capacity: up to approx. 9.000 cups/hour. 3x Format sets: round 95 mm, square 65x65 mm and square 95x95 mm. Format change in the shortest possible time by the tool-free exchange of quick-change format plates, push-in cup destackers and lid magazines allow immediate response to the daily market requirements and to the realisation of strategic decisions in terms of cup design changes.

Working principle:

• Automatic cup de-stacking storage buffer magazine for ± 15 minutes buffer (preformed cups).
• Cup de-stacking station.
• Cup sterilisation using H2O2 and hot sterile air. All the necessary valves and lines are situated in a sterile module next to the machine. The cups passing through it are subjected to sterile air enriched with H2O2 and then finally dried with hot sterile air. In this way, especially mould spores can be adequately killed off or inactivated.
• Filling (the filling station is excluded !!!).
• Sterilisation of pre cut aluminium seals by means of H2O2 and hot sterile air.
• Heat sealing closure station.
• Snap on lids station.
• Outfeed conveyor.

Machine including:

• Filter unit on top (laminair flow)
• Steril air unit.
• Polycarbonate doors / cabinet for an aseptic surrounding and a safe work environment for the operator.
• 3 Format sets.
• Control panel with Siemens ET 200 M Simatic PLC.
