Description
Used Alfa Laval MRPX 218 TGV-74C self-cleaning cream separator (skimmer), designed for the separation of warm milk into cream and skim milk. The separator is equipped with a self-cleaning / automatic solids discharge bowl, allowing accumulated solids to be discharged during operation. The original Alfa Laval design is suitable for continuous automatic operation and CIP cleaning.
The separator has a nominal capacity of approximately 22.500 litres per hour for skimming warm milk and up to 30.000 litres per hour for milk clarification and standardisation.
The machine is offered with the separator bowl, 30 kW electric motor and motor cover, together with inlet / outlet pipework with pump, pressure gauge and operating water valve.
Please note that the horizontal main drive shaft is missing. The machine is therefore offered in its present condition and will require completion before it can be put back into operation.
