Description
Unused Protein Application Separator. Year: 2023. Self cleaning. The Alfa Laval HBPX range is used to separate animal whole blood into two fractions; red cells haemoglobin and plasma, with the target to recover blood plasma in the best possible quality at maximized yield. Typical separation applications are fish and seafood processing, meat and poultry processing and pet food processing. Machine comes with the bowl, motor (37 kW), motor cover, baseplate / foundation plate with feet, OWMC water valve (Operating Water Module Compact), cyclone, all inlet / outlet pipes with pumps, service tools with pressing tool for maintenance, control panel with Siemens Simatic S7-1500 PLC + Touch Screen user-friendly HMI to monitor and control the separation process parameters, big set of commissioning spares with 4x extra discs and all manuals. Including process & service liquid unit, mounted on a separate skid, with E&H flowmeters, Samson valves, manometers, pneumatic and manual valves and interconnecting piping.
