Description
Tetra Pak Tetra Cap Applicator 88 / TCAP-88, previously used for Tetra Aseptic 1.000 ml Square with a SpinCap screwcap. This cap applicator was running in combination with a Tetra Pak TBA 8 carton filler. The applicator has a small footprint. Number of productions hours: 69.825 h. Resealable and tamper-evident opening device. The SpinCap permits the packages to be stored horizontally on a refrigerator shelf, even after opening. The closure is about 10 to 20% more costly than the flip-style fitment. Control panel with GE Fanuc Series 90-30 PLC and separate operation panel with Tetra Pak panel. Nordson PROblue 4 hotmelt unit. The production capacity goes up to 6.000 cartons per hour. Including collecting vat and elevator (Tecno Vibrazion, code nr 11680-2, year 1998) with mechanical feeder (Tecno Vibrazion, code nr 6000/10, year 2001) and all available manuals.
