Description
Used APV Gaulin KF6-3PS homogeniser, designed for a capacity of approximately 2.500 litres per hour and a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar (3.000 PSI).
The homogeniser is a 3-cylinder high-pressure machine and is equipped with a 2-stage homogenising valve assembly. Both homogenising stages are manually adjustable, allowing the operating pressure of each stage to be set according to the product and process requirements.
The machine is fitted with pressure gauges for monitoring the operating pressure. The product-contact pump section and associated product pipework are manufactured in stainless steel.
The homogeniser is driven by an 18 kW (25 HP) electric motor, suitable for 380/660 V, 50 Hz, with a motor speed of 1.450 rpm.
