Alimenta Newpack Division Thermoform FM100/E-20 HC form fill seal machine (FFS) for mini-portions of jam with fruit parts / marmelade / honey / choco paste.

Mini-portions are the ideal, hygienic way to package portions for use in hotels, aboard airplanes, for catering and for single-person households without compromising on quality and freshness. Less packaging material needed thanks to the use of forming material of minimal thickness, even heating up of the material and accelerated forming process for an optimally controlled and optimally distributed wall thickness, minimal punch waste from the low-waste punch unit, volume-saving, overlapping packing configuration when final packaging into boxes or tray.

Working principle: cup material supply from the reel, pre-heating the cup material, forming the cup, date coding inside the bottom of the cup, filling the cup (fruit parts possible, CIP cleanable), sealing from the reel, corner dot-spot for easy opening, punching station to 1-1 portions, pick and place unit, packing in a carton box and taping the box.

This line was used for Jam / marmelade / honey / choco paste, Ɣ= between 1,1 and 1,4 g/cm3. The format on the machine is rectangular, 15 gram, 63,5 x 47,5 x 12,5 mm and 25 gram, 63,5 x 47,5 x 16,5 mm. Format 20-up (width 4, length 5). Bottom foil: Plastic WEB PS-EVO-PS / PVC / PC / HIPS, thickness 500 µm, width: 275 mm. Top / Lid foil: LID WEB Aluminium / Plastic material heat treated H15 stretchable 15 - 25%, thickness 37 µm-foil or Non stretchable lid web, thickness 37 µm-foil, width 275 mm with photocell marker. The photocell line / draw off length distance is 250 mm. Packscheme in carton box: 5 x 4 x 5 layers high, means 100 per carton box = 1,5 or 2,5 kg. Power: 400 V - 50 Hz - 3 Ph. Stainless steel control panel with Siemens S7-300 PLC and separate operartion panel with Siemens Simatic HMI Touchscreen.
