Description
Indirect UHT plant for the production of milk (3% fat), orange juice 12 Bx, Apple juice 12 Bx, clear, no fibre. Line existing out of: Tubular Heat Exchanger (Tetra Pak Spiraflow MT-70/7*16s-6-1, shell: 16 bar / 160 °C / 12,3 liter volume, medium water and tubes: 50 bar / 160 °C, 6,4 liter volume, contents milkproducts/juices) and a Feed-Module mounted on a frame work with pumps, leveltanks, valves, flowmeter, 2x holdings tubes and the control panel. 2x Temperature programs: program A: 5° C (in) - 75 °C (regeneration) - 137 °C (indirect heating) - 25 °C (outlet) or program B: 15 °C (in) - 95 °C (indirect heating) - 25 °C (outlet). 2x Holding tubes: 4 seconds (137 °C) or 30 seconds (95°C). Capacity of the unit: 6.500 liter per hour. Consumptions @ 6.500 ltr/h, steam: 195 kg/h @ 6 bar - water rinsing during CIP: 6,5 m3/h @ 3 bar - water cooling (15°C): 2,5 m3/h @ 3 bar with juice / 6,5 m3/h @ 3 bar with pre-sterillisation - instrument air: 85 ltr/min @ 6 bar - Electrical power without homogeniser: 20 kW. Control system: SatCon 15 + OMS. Manuals (TeM, OM, EM and installation data) available in English and Slovakian language. Total ground surface of the line: ± 730 x 420 x 320 cm. Already dismantled and located in our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.
