Continuous Butter Making Machine - CBM (SPX - APV Pasilac HCT 1.5). Cultered butter: output max. 3.000 kg butter per hour (min. 80% fat) and input of 6.800 / 6.400 liter per hour of cultured cream (36 / 38 % fat). Sweet cream butter: output max. 3.500 kg butter per hour (min 80% fat) and input of 7.500 / 7.000 liter per hour of sweet cream (38 / 41 % fat). Complete hydraulic driven. Churning section (consists of a horizontal cylinder and a beater), separating section (consists of a horizontal rotating cylinder divided into 2, a post-churning section and a draining section), working section #1 (2 augers for transport of the butter and working elements with working vanes and perforated plates), regulating gate (increase or decrease the counter pressure on the butter for regulating the quantity of buttermilk pressed out of the butter), vacuum chamber (possible to achieve an air content in the butter of less than 0,5% which improves the shelf life and appearance of the butter), working section #2 (2 augers for transport of the butter and working elements with working vanes and perforated plates, the auger speed is usually 2/3 times higher as in section #1, for final working of the butter and to ensure the correct distribution of water and salt) and positive outfeed butter pump (hydraulic driven). It comes with a cream heater, butter milk cooler, level tanks, positive cream feed pump, CIP pumps, dosing equipment for water/salt or culture including mixing tank for salt slurry (brine) and all interconnecting valves. Controls are upgraded in year 2012 to Siemens S7 PLC with touchscreen panel, mounted in a separte control panel.
