Closed stainless steel butter silo. Single jacketed. The horizontal buffer silo is equipped with 2 augers (driven by 1 main motor of 4.0 kW - 380 V - 8,9 Amp). Total capacity: ± 3.000 kg. Manhole of 400 x 500 mm on one side and a sight glass on the same side. 3x infeed possibilities for direct connection of the outfeed pipe from a Continuous Butter Machine (CBM) / adding the pipe of a reworker on the other side and 1x at the back. CIP cleanable with 2x spraybowls in the top. Breather on top. Outfeed plate with 2x DN100 product connection on the outfeed of the silo. Renewed stainless steel control panel (2018, VSTechniek) with frequency converter, on/off switches and speed regulation control. Electric scheme available. Including 1x outfeed rotary lobe pump, Alfa Laval - LKM, type 2130A, serial number: 155891/01C, motor: 1,1 kW - 1455 / 39 rpm and 1x CIP return centrifugal pump, Hilge, HYGIA S-II/30B-EX, 20 m3/h, 3 bar, motor 4,6 kW with pump cover.
