The Tetra Almix is an automatically operated mixing system for liquids and soft solids (milk powder, liquid or solid fat,

stabilizers, etc.) for the production of recombined / reconstituted milk. The mixing module consists of a mixing vessel, mixing

unit, motor base, centrifugal circulation pump (Alfa Laval LKH-10/140 FSS 2,2 kW) and control panel. The mixing vessel has a volume of 130 liters and is open at the top. It is equipped with baffle plates, product inlet and recycling inlet and a lid. The center of the mixing module is the mixing unit, which simultaneously pumps mixture and disperses the product. The mixing unit is mounted at the bottom of the mixing vessel. The powder metered into the mixing vessel is sucked together with the liquid into the mixing unit by a pump wheel pressed out through the holes in the perforated ring. On its way through the perforated ring, the product is cut by the wheel fins. The mixing unit is equipped with a water-rinsable mechanical shaft seal. The motor base is equipped with a motor (18,5 kW - 400 V - 50 Hz - 2.910 rpm - 34,5 A) with V-belt drive of the mixing unit. Four adjustable feet. The stainless steel control panel is equipped with a main switch, start/stop buttons for the mixing unit and feed pump, emergency and reset buttons.
