Description
The Scanima SFM-200 is a simple mixing solution with a compact design at a lower cost for higher capacity production. The powder dissolver secure efficient mixing of liquids, including emulsification. It is also ideal for mixing concentrates and minerals into base concentrates and slurries, for example oils into non fat milk concentrates. The mixers can handle products up to 300 cP. The main product is pumped through the mixer. Additives are pumped into the main stream by the inlet pipe. Mixing then takes place and the blended product passes through the turbo unit for final mixing before it goes to the outfeed. Motor power: 18,5 kW. Input pressure: - 0,8 / + 1,0 Bar. Input temperature: 0 / + 120 °C. Output pressure: -0 / + 2,0 Bar. Output temperature: 0 / + 120 °C.
