Description
Incomplete Butter-Homogenizer / Microfix. Stainless steel rotor with ± 24 knives. Motor: 15 kW for the drive of the rotor and 3 kW for the drive of the feed worms. The house of the augers and the outlet are all made of aluminium. Controls build in a separate control panel, under the machine. Ampere meter, on/off buttons on the side of the machine. Machine mounted on a plastic pallet for each transportation.
