Description

Continuous Butter Making Machine - CBM, with an output up to 800 kg butter per hour (depending on fat content, cream treatment and butter water content) and an input of cultured or/and sweet cream of 45 - 50 % fat and for sour cream of 38 - 42 % fat. Complete electric driven. Product area of stainless steel. Frame of painted steel. The butter machine consists of three units, which are arranged one above the other. These are the beater, the churning device and the kneader. The beater cylinder is surrounded by a cooling jacket. The cream inlet is located at the closed end of the beater cylinder. A drop shaft on the opening. The beater drive shaft runs in a bearing block in the roller bearings. The opening of the cylinder can be quickly mounted with 2 star handles. The beater drive shaft runs in a bearing block in rolling bearings which are grease lubricated. The separating device consists of a gauze cylinder. A housing in which a conveyor screw runs extends into this cylinder. The gauze cylinder is mounted on the front shaft end of the conveyor screw and therefore has the same direction of rotation as the conveyor screw. The housing has a double jacket and is connected to the cooling system. The conveyor screw and separating device are driven by the gear motor. The separator is surrounded by a hood for draining the buttermilk, which is placed on a bracket with rollers. The chute for washing the butter is screwed onto the kneader housing. The kneader is also surrounded by a large-surface cooling system. Two worms run in the kneader, which rotate in opposite directions and mesh with each other. The front ends of the worms are mounted in perforated discs. Between further perforated discs, 3 agitator blades work together in each screw. The distance between the perforated discs is maintained by spacer rings that are tightened by the mouthpiece. Beater: 11 kW - 1.250 / 2.400 rpm (manual adjustable by a handwheel). Separating device: 3,0 kW - 16 rpm. Kneader: 0,18 kW - 40 / 60 rpm (pole-changing). Simple controls. Instruction manual in German and electrical scheme available.
