Description
Fully automatic packaging machine for margarine, butter and other edible fats as well a similar products of various consistencies and sizes for further industrial processing in foil. CIP cleanable. The packaging material is automatically feed from the paper reel, cut true to dimension and then positioned accurately by photocell paper correction system, ensuring continually high packaging quality. The centering of blocks and folding of the side flaps with a diagonal movement of the folding units make the processing of particulary soft product possible. Packaging material: minimum 30 gram/m2. Currently the machine is set on the format of 2,5 kg with a mouthpiece of 280 x 100 mm (thickness adjustable), short side folding. A second format set is with the machine for 5 kg blocks with a mouthpiece of 345 x 125 mm, but this second set is incomplete. Control panel with Siemens S5 PLC and Danfoss frequency converter. Operation panel with on/off buttons. Including reel lifter.
The margarine is feed to the fully automatic packaging machine by direct link from a Bock & Sohn DKD dosing unit with pneumatic piston dosing system, 2 - 5 kg, with compensator and return line, specialy designed for the margarine or fat industry. From the dosing unit, the margarine will pass 2x double jacketed resting tubes and 1x converter (total ± 250 liter resting area).
Interconnecting conveyor from the fully automatic packing machine to a fully automatic carton wrap around case packer (manufacturer: Breda-Packaging, type Unipak, year 1993, serial number 268, control panel with Siemens S5 PLC, Nordson ProBlue hotmelt unit) with checkweigher (manufacturer: Mettler-Toledo Garvens, type XS 40, year 2008, serial number 14003091, max 6 kg, min 0,02 kg, e: 0,001 kg, speed: 60 /min) in between.
On the outfeed conveyor from the fully automatic carton wrap around case packer is an etiket machine (Markem Imaje 2200) and a marking and coding machine (Markem Imaje 9232, year 2012).
