Description
Closed stainless steel butter silo. Single jacketed. Vacuum on the silo is possible. The horizontal buffer silo is equipped with 2 augers, driven by one main motor (1,5 kW - 240/415 V - 50 Hz - 5,7/3,3 Amp - 1.430 rpm). Capacity: 1.500 kg. Round manhole, and sight glass on one side. 1x inlet for direct connection to the outfeed pipe of a a Continuous Butter Machine (CBM) at the rear of the QHK butter silo. CIP cleanable with spraybowl in the top. Breather on top. Outfeed plate with 1x DN100 connection. Outfeed butter lobe pump (Waukesha model 130, serienr 240803-99, motor 4 kW), stainless steel lobes, bi-directional, variable speed by frequency converter, capacity: ± 400 - 2.500 kg/h. CIP return pump (Alfa Laval MR-185A, serienr 31438-10005, 20.000 ltr/h, motor 4 kW). Control panel excluded (controls are integrated in the panel of the continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM) GEA Ahlborn 312/1000 which was running together with this silo).
The butter silo with outfeed pump was fully reconditioned and rebuilt in 2013.

The silo, complete with outfeed pump, was previously operated with a Continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM) GEA Ahlborn 312/1000.
