Foil wrapping machine for Butter Benhil Multipack 8380

Foil wrapping machine which can be used for packing products butter, lard, margarine, tvorog or cottage cheese into aluminium foil or parchment paper. The machine is equipped with a stick format set: 100 gram, 100 x 35 x ± 30 mm, bottom folded and was used for filling of butter. The butter is feed with an aluminium through with augers. Aluminium dosing station. The machine is fully rebuild / reconditioned with new controls in 2008. The machine is equiped since with a servo drive on the paper infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil / cutting length. If there is no foil in the cell, the machine will stop. The speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter between 40 - 80 packages per minute (depending on product, product viscosity and quality packaging material). Outfeed conveyor of 150 cm. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel frame for easy transport / positioning / protection of the bottom cams with moving the machine. Including automatic central greasing system and rotation system of the butter pack on the outfeed of the machine, 90° in horizontal axle and 90° vertical axle to the side, which means the folded part is to the front on the conveyor. Stainless steel control panel on the side with separator operation panel with simple on / off buttons and switches.
