Description
Rotary double head cup filling, sealing machine and snap capping machine for pre-formed yoghurt cups. 8-Stations. Preformed cup destacking, empty station (space for a pre doser), double head main piston doser with hopper (current set on 200 - 250 ml, CIP cleanable), pre formed seal mounting station, hot sealing station, empty station (space for date coding), snap cap station and outfeed station (2 pieces at the same time). Control panel with Siemens S5 PLC and operation panel with buttons, speed counter and on the other side of the machine the temperature of both sealing heads. Capacity: up to 4.800 cups per hour, depending on product, packaging material and headspace in the cup. Pre-fromed cup size: 95 mm, ± 150 - 300 ml. Machine covered in polycarbonate cabinet for a safe work environment for the operator with air filter in the roof of the machine. Manuals, electric schema and CD with program available.
