The ITT Jabsco Pureflo Lobe 24250-4310 is a positive displacement rotary lobe pump with sanitary design which can handle dairy products (e.g., yoghurt, quark, curd and butter), foodprocessing, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries. This pump is perfect for managing all kinds of fluid, of either low or high viscosity, as well as for filtering and bottling applications. Products containing fragile solids such as curd can be pumped without damage thanks to the specially designed lobes. Tri-lobe stainless steel lobes / rotors. Nominal displacement: 0,936 liter per revolution. Maximum nominal capacity: 39,9 m3/h. Inlet connection: 3'' RJT. Outlet connection: 3'' RJT. Maximum product pressure: 6 bar Maximum pump speed: 700 rpm. Maximum temperature: 110 °C. Previous used in a Casein plant. The current motor with this pump is 7,5 kW - 1.450 rpm - 400 V - 50 Hz - 14,3 A. The lobe speed is converted with 2x pulleys (motor pulley: 185 mm, pump pulley: 410 mm, i: 2,22) and a belt which results in a lobe speed of 653 rpm and a capacity of ± 37 m3/h.
