Description
The Fristam Double Screw Pump combines process duties typically handled by positive displacement with Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) duties typically handled by centrifugal pumps. This provides a robust and reliable platform that offers greater process flexibility. It is capable of handling both product transfer and CIP. Its low pulsation characteristics and excellent solids-handling capability reduce the risk of product damage, thereby improving product quality. Designed for handling sensitive, abrasive and high and low viscosity fluids, so ideal for use in a hygienic application accross the dairy, food, beverage and home/personal care industries. This pump is previously used in a dairy factory for pumping of milk. Maximum flow with milk: 7 m3/h. Maximum flow during CIP: 12 m3/h. Maximum particle size: 18 mm. Inlet connections: 2,5'' SMS.
