Form Fill Seal Machine (FFS) for mini-portions of butter Hassia THL 30/37

Hassia THL 30/37 form fill seal machine (FFS)  for mini-portions of butter, margarine ofr spreads. Mini-portions are the ideal, hygienic way to package portions for use in hotels, aboard airplanes, for catering and for single-person households without compromising on quality and freshness. Less packaging material needed thanks to the use of forming material of minimal thickness, even heating up of the material and accelerated forming process for an optimally controlled and optimally distributed wall thickness, minimal punch waste from the low-waste punch unit, volume-saving, overlapping packing configuration when final packaging into boxes or tray. Working principle: cup material supply from the reel, pre-heating the cup material, forming the cup, date coding inside the bottom of the cup, filling the cup, sealing from the reel, punching station to 1-1 portions, case packing with 2 boxes at the same time. This line was used for Butter, Ɣ= 0.94 g/cm3. The format on the machine is rectangular, 10 gram, 48 x 40 x 11,5 mm. Format 40-up (width 8, length 5). Bottom foil: PVC 300 µm, width: 362 mm. Top / Lid foil: 12PET / LDPE / 9 µm-foil / HSL, width 362 mm with photocell marker. The photocell line / draw off length distance is 260 mm. Packscheme in carton box: 5 x 8 x 5 layers high, means 200 per carton box = 2 kg. 2 boxes are filled in the same time. Power: 400 V - 50 Hz - 3 Ph - 52 kVA - 77 A. Free standing control panel and B&R Touchscreen operation panel.

Including:

• Inline X-ray, Mettler Toledo Safeline at the butter infeed, before filling.
• Carton erector, manufacturer Bedo, model VA935, year 1998, serial number 935.2.52500, with Nordson ProBlue 4 hotmelt unit.
• Interconnecting conveyors.

Line will be dismantled in June 2026.
