Rotary positive displacement pump / Lobe pump - Fristam FKL 150

The Fristam FKL 150 is a rotary positive displacement pump which can handle dairy products (e.g., yoghurt, quark, curd and butter), solids (e.g., cherries and olives), slurries, pastes, and a variety of liquids. The rotors are balanced. The diameter of the shaft is up to 25% larger than other manufacturers shafts and is solid made of 316L stainless steel. The FKL 150 is a close clearance PD pump to be designed for "True CIP" (Clean In Place). Duo - twin wing stainless steel lobes. Nominal displacement: 0,981 liter per revolution. Maximum nominal capacity: 35,3 m3/h. Inlet connection: 3''. Outlet connection: 3''. Maximum product pressure: 20 bar (300 psi). Maximum pump speed: 600 rpm. The pump is used in a food factory for product pumping. The current motor with this pump is 7,5 kW - 1.445 rpm - 400 V - 50 Hz - 14,8 A and the lobe speed is converted to 147 rpm, which results in a capacity of 8,6 m3/h. Pump and motor mounted on a stainless steel frame with stainless steel motor cover.
