Line existing out of open level tank with lid (100 liter), product pump (Fristam), plate heat exchanger (Tetra Pak / Alfa Laval C6-SR, year: 2018, serial nr: 30108-17714, volume: 114 liter, pressure: 0 / 10.0 bar, temperature: 0 / 140 °C, 4 sections, number of plates: 156 in total devided in 48-16-48-48), holding tube in tank, booster pump (Fristam) system to get more pressure on the raw milk side compare to the pasteurised milk side and product and steam valves. Line CIP cleanable. Indirect hotwater set by heating of steam, closed loop with circulation pump (Fristam). Components available, no piping or controls for the pasteurisation plant itself.
