The machine has a mechanical design, with a conventional push-button / relay-type control system. GBM's IWS technology uses polypropylene or polyester film and produces totally heat-sealed individual slices. The nominal capacity is in the region of 300 portions / minute, but the actual capacity will depend on slice dimensions, product feed, film and sealing configuration.
