Filling and wrapping machine for miniportions of butter Corazza FB230

Corazza FB230 foil wrapping machine for the automatic portion packing of products such as butter, lard, margarine, tvorog and cottage cheese into aluminium foil. The machine is configured for a 10 gram portion, with a format of approximately 40 x 25 x 12 mm, using a bottom-folding wrapping principle. Packaging material: Aluminium foil with printed photocell registration mark. The product is fed into the machine via a hopper equipped with an agitator screw. The agitator is mechanically driven directly from the main machine through a system of gears and shafts. The foil infeed is equipped with a photocell registration system, which detects the printed registration mark on the aluminium foil and ensures accurate positioning of the print. The foil position is corrected by means of the integrated braking system. The wrapped portions are discharged via an outfeed conveyor to a semi-automatic case packing system, where the portions are stacked and arranged into layers inside the carton box. The carton boxes are manually placed onto and removed from the case packer by the operator.
