Description
The CSF Inox MAN 125-2/BA.ST32 pump is a progressing cavity pump (also known as a mono or screw pump), engineered for the continuous and gentle transfer of challenging media.Foodstuffs execution pumps for foodstuffs with a large suction chamber, free of product stagnation points. Wetted parts are polished stainless steel with DIN threaded hygienic connections. The telescopic assembly of the stator facilitates inspection operations of all parts for cleaning and/or maintenance without having to intervene on the motorization. The MA series, with the pump directly coupled to the motorization, minimizes space and costs while maintaining the same ease of disassembly and the same characteristics of the pumping part of the MAN series (double bearing). This pump is previously used in a the food industry. Motor: 22 kW - 400 V - 50 Hz - 1.465 rpm - 42 A. Connections on the inlet/outlet: - DN 100. Stator length: 800 mm. Diameter of the stator: 180 mm.
Key Advantages:
- Valve-free design with stable, proportional flow rate relative to rotor speed.
- Excellent self-priming and suction capability.
- Suitable for inhomogeneous, viscous, abrasive, gaseous, and solids-laden media.
- Gentle product handling, ideal for shear-sensitive materials.
- Capable of dosing applications.
- Designed for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP).
Limitation:
- The pump must not be operated dry. Even short periods of dry running may result in stator damage.
